What’s New in EagleRIP 4.5

(1) Update to the latest RIP kernel, improve the PDF compatibility.

(2) Support Windows 8 and Windows 2012 server (only for TIFF driver and Winprint driver).

(3) Modify CIP3 option, support three levels of preview resolution for CIP3 file.

(4) Modify HP Indigo device driver, modify the name rule of JLYT file.

(5) How to install the EagleRIP v4.5 in your existing OS?

       1. If your EagleRIP is 4.0/4.01/4.2, you need to update your EagleRIP 4.0/4.01/4.2 dongle first, Founder will send you a *.pkgfile, please refer to the document “How to update EagleRIP dongle.pdf” which is located at EagleRIP 4.5 installation CD to update your dongle.

       2. You need to uninstall the EagleRIP old version such as v4.2/4.01/4.0.

       3. If your EagleRIP is 4.3, you can skip above step,you just need to uninstall old version.

       4. Pay attention to check the option ”I would like tokeep the parameter templates, configuration and fonts, others please remove”.

       5. Run "autorun.exe" file of EagleRIP4.5 and click on "setup" to install EagleRIP4.5 in the same folder where EagleRIP old version installed.

       6. We suggest you to check all the parameters in your template setting to make sure the conversion work fine after installation.
