Q: Which Windows OS can I install DocuDefend on?

A: Yes, Docudefend supports to run on Windows XP/Windows Server 2003, Windows 7and Windows 2008, Windows 8.

Q: Can I print to an inkjet printer by DocuDefend?

A: No, DocuDefend only supports 600dpi black and white laserjet printer, becausethe screen data is designed and experimented on 600dpi laserjet printer.

Q: Can I print a color pattern by DocuDefend?

A: No, DocuDefend only support 600dpi black and white laserjet printer. So theprinted pattern is black and white.

Q: Why I only can install DocuDefend with an administrator?  

A: When install DocuDefend, the installation needs to add Windows printer driverand modify the printer library, only administrator can do this.

Q: Can I specify the pattern in DocuDefend?

A: DocuDefend provides 5 patterns. If you want to specify a customized pattern,you can purchase Founder SuperLine 4.6 or above to design your own pattern. Youcan refer to the DocuDefend user guide for how to load pattern from SuperLineto DocuDefend. You also can pay for the designing fee to ask Founder to designthe pattern with SuperLine.
